Charcoal and Olive smoked salt flakes add a rounded smoke flavour to dishes plus adding a wonderful colour differentiation to the dish. Sourced the Murray Darling Basin and smoked using olive wood. The rich and smoky aroma will add a depth of flavour to any dish.
This salt is best used as a finishing Salt. The wonderful black appearance of the salt flakes makes it perfect for sprinkling over salmon gravlax or sashimi. Try a small sprinkle over pumpkin soup or over roasted cauliflower.
