Pukara Estate Guava Vinegar
This sweet and sour vinegar is great to dress summer salads or over grilled seafood. Try on freshly shucked oysters or with any dish using pork.
For a great dressing for salmon sashimi, arrange freshly sliced salmon on a plate, drizzle the guava vinegar over the salmon with a drizzle of Pukara Estate Lime Flavoured Olive Oil, then sprinkle with some finely chopped chilli and coriander. Serve immediately.
